Last updated: September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Vimorarx ("we," "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use vimorarx.com and related services (the "Services"). Vimorarx is a technology platform. It is not a pharmacy or a medical practice.

Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email, phone number, date of birth, and state of residence.
  • Health information: the medical intake you submit, including history, medications, allergies, height, weight, and goals.
  • Payment information: processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use information

  • To route your intake to a licensed provider for clinical review.
  • To transmit a prescription, when issued, to a licensed dispensing pharmacy.
  • To process payments, provide support, and send service messages about your order.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Services.
  • To comply with legal, regulatory, and pharmacy recordkeeping obligations.

How we share information

We share information with the independently licensed providers in the LocumTele network who evaluate your case, with Rush Pharmacy and other licensed pharmacy partners for dispensing, with service providers that operate our platform under contract, and where required by law or to protect safety. We do not sell your personal or health information. We do not share health information with advertisers, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

HIPAA and provider records

The providers and pharmacies you are connected with are HIPAA-covered entities and maintain their own medical and pharmacy records under their own notices of privacy practices. Vimorarx handles protected health information as a business associate where applicable and under written agreements.

Your rights and choices

  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information.
  • Request a copy of your medical record from your provider or pharmacy; some records must be retained for a period required by law and cannot be deleted on request.
  • Opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link.
  • Residents of certain states have additional rights, including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising those rights.

Security and retention

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to satisfy legal, accounting, and clinical recordkeeping requirements.

Children

The Services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
