To report a concern about care, an order, or this website, email support@vimorarx.com with the subject line "Complaint." We acknowledge complaints within one business day and document the resolution. Pharmacy-specific concerns may also be raised directly with Rush Pharmacy, and clinical concerns with the LocumTele provider network.
