By accessing or using vimorarx.com and related services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

What Vimorarx is and is not

Vimorarx operates a technology platform that connects patients with independently licensed healthcare providers in the LocumTele network and with licensed pharmacies including Rush Pharmacy. Vimorarx does not practice medicine, does not employ or control providers, does not dispense medication, and does not influence clinical decisions. Providers exercise independent professional judgment.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and physically located in a state we serve.
• We serve 49 states. We do not serve California.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current medical information.

No guarantee of treatment

Completing an intake or paying a consultation fee does not entitle you to a prescription. A provider may determine that treatment is not clinically appropriate and decline to prescribe. Vimorarx makes no representation about outcomes, weight loss amounts, or timelines.

Prescription-only medications

Medications discussed on the Services are available by prescription only and are dispensed solely by licensed pharmacies after a valid prescription is issued. Vimorarx does not sell medication directly and does not advertise medication pricing on this site. We do not offer controlled substances.

Compounded medications

Compounded medications are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies. They are not FDA-approved and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. Discuss the risks and benefits with your provider.

Payments

Fees are disclosed before you are charged. Recurring plans, if offered, renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time through your account or by emailing support. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not misrepresent your identity, age, location, or medical history.
• Do not resell, share, or transfer any medication prescribed to you.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.

Medical disclaimer

Content on the Services is for general information and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional. Never disregard professional advice because of something you read here. In an emergency, call 911.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vimorarx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here alters the professional responsibility of treating providers or dispensing pharmacies.
